How do I get a RMA Number?

Q. I do not have my original receipt what do I do?
A. Send the unit into Elemental Designs without it.
Q.
If I lost or discarded my receipt what can I do to get it?
A. If you purchased paperwork tracking for your order please contact
Elemental Designs to take care of any paperwork related issues.
If paperwork tracking was not selected when the units were purchased
you will need to locate your invoice / receipt for your order. Elemental
Designs is not responsible for lost / or misplaced paperwork sent
to recipient. You can find a order invoice in the following ways
;
1.
When the order was placed a invoice is sent electronically to your
e-mail.
2. When the items shipped a invoice is attached to the physical
box next to the tracking label or in a pouch beneath it.
3. When order / if order is placed online through the shopping cart
when order is confirmed the order confirmation from that shopping
cart can be used as a invoice as well. Orders placed recently are
stored in your
account page online.
Q.
Who Pays Shipping?
A. In the event Elemental Designs would need to inspect a unit the
recipient will pay shipping of that unit to eD. If the unit is found
to have a manufacturing defect Elemental Designs will return item
prepaid.
Q.
Can Elemental Designs get my receipt for me?
A. Only if paperwork tracking was selected at time of purchase.
If this was not selected it is the recipients responsibility to
handle, track, and keep a file of their own paperwork.
Q.
I did not purchase the item through Elemental Designs. It was purchased
through a distributor in another country or was purchased used.
What can I do?
A. Send it in to Elemental Designs with your purchase invoice from
the outlet you purchased the item from. In the event you have purchased
used equipment please include the original invoice. If you do not
have the original invoice you will need to contact the individual
you purchased the used item for it.
