Elemental Designs warrants this speaker product to be free from defects in original materials and workmanship, under intended use, for a period of sixty (60) months, from the date of original purchase. Using this equipment for any purpose in any environment it was not designed for voids warranty (ripped spiders, burned voice coils, melted/torn joints, ripped surround, cracked cone, and ripped or cut tinsels, blown power supplies, are clear signs of this - reasons are not limited to these), this includes input of power not recommended for usage. If warranty work is needed, because of sub par construction or materials, during the warranty period, Elemental Designs under it's determination and discretion, replace or repair the defective merchandise at zero charge (customer will be expected to cover shipping cost back to Elemental Designs.)

Electronics included in Elemental Designs home audio products are warranted free from defect in original materials and workanship, under intended use, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. Damage to the electronics included in these products cuased by use outside of their intended application is not covered under this warranty. Removal of electronics or tampering with said electronics outside of the direct advisement of Elemental Designs voids expressed warranty. If warranty work is needed, because of sub par construction or materials, during the warranty period, Elemental Designs under it's determination and discretion, replace or repair the defective merchandise at zero charge (customer will be expected to cover shipping cost back to Elemental Designs.)

Warranty is also not subject to the original purchaser only. Our warranty is 100% Transferable. However. A original sales receipt is required to receive any warranty work. Elemental Designs does not cover abuse, improper installation, personal negligence, or shipping damage (for shipping damage please file a claim with the shipping provider, we carefully follow guidelines for shipping. Once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands and is the respective shipping companies responsibility to get it to you as is). We insure you get a world class driver at a incredibly low cost, whether or not you take care of it is up to you. Elemental Designs does not warranty any equipment used in conjunction with our equipment (setting your amps correctly and wiring to a ohm load they can handle is the responsibility of the installer and or owner, not Elemental Designs). Modifying the speaker or amplifier in any way not recommended directly by ED results in automatic loss of warranty.

Sending back a item to eD with an absence of any of the following can / could / will result in a void warranty.

• Original Packaging. Anything sent back MUST be in the original packaging.
• RMA Number. Anything be shipped back MUST have a RA number clearly marked on the package.
• Original Sales Receipt. We do not keep these for you. It is your responsibility to keep track of them. Sending equipment back to us without a original sales receipt will result in a void warranty.
• Shipped via UPS, FedEX, or DHL. Any shipments sent via USPS will be refused.

If a problem occurs not covered under warranty Elemental Designs can fix or 're-cone'/'rebuild' the equipment for a fee. Normally this fee is half or (50%) the cost of the original unit purchased. However in specific circumstances it may exceed 50%. Elemental Designs will cover shipping back to you (the customer) in the result of a warranty situation which we cover, customers will be required to pay shipping both ways given a recone , or rebuild is in order. Elemental Designs does not cover shipping cost back to our offices (We can not tell if it is manufacturing error or user error until investigating each driver.)

Upon warranty service being needed please consult Elemental Designs and obtain a RMA number. DO NOT under any circumstance send the equipment back to Elemental Designs without the RMA number clearly written on the packaging. We are not responsible for packages we don't know why we are getting them. Absence of the critical RMA number may cause your package to be returned and not accepted, misplaced, or lost. Please include a slip of paper describing the problem needing to be warranted/repaired to make it easier to quickly and efficiently get you a replacement in a timely manner.

All drivers shipped back to Elemental Designs must be returned in their original packaging. We've spent a lot of time insuring our speakers are shipped using boxes and materials sufficient for getting the speaker to the receiver in one piece.

Packages shipped back to eD in anything but the original packaging will be refused and returned to sender. Any costs involved in inability to follow this guideline are the responsibility of the sender. Not Elemental Designs. Packages shipped back to eD without a RMA Number clearly located on the box will be refused and returned to sender. In the event a warranty service is required, requested, or purchased. Elemental Designs is under no obligation to return to you (the client) any of the replaced equipment or parts. Coil, spider, cone, spider, or associated electronics that is not reused and discarded. These discarded parts will not be returned.

Elemental Designs equipment can be returned. Equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase date given the driver is in it's original packaging, and is in mint condition, and unopened (credit back cannot be given until Elemental Designs receives the respective equipment). Elemental Designs can 'swap' the driver purchased for store credit of a 'upgraded' driver or the driver can be returned of unused equipment, in which the cost of the driver (shipping not included) will be credited back to the customer minus a 25% restocking fee.

When sending items back to ED the following must be included inside the packaging for us to make a speedy replacement / repair. It is necessary to download, print, and fill out the form located here. This form is the ED warranty form which will outline the problem, the owner, shipping information, and product information so that we can turn it around in a week or less time given parts are in stock to make the replacement / repair. Most often replacements are shipped in less than 3 days given the part(s) are in stock.

All drivers being returned to Elemental Designs L.C. must be sent via UPS or previously agreed upon carrier, insured for purchase price of the driver, in original packaging. Elemental Designs retains the right to refuse any shipment not following the above stated criteria. ED is not responsible for illegible, lost, or broken equipment due to shipping nor responsible for fee's incurred because of refused packages due to inability to abide by these terms.

All custom enclosure sales are final. Nonrefundable. Enclosures can not be returned in any time frame for any discount.

All other returns will be credited less the original shipping to the customer. If an item with free shipping was returned, the refund will be less the amount paid to Elemental Designs' original carrier. Please contact Elemental Designs directly to inquire about the original shipping fees if your item had free shipping online.

Any packaging which arrives in a condition that is not reusable will have the costs associated with the packaging deducted from the refund. Please contact Elemental Designs if you have any questions regarding the prices for packaging of a specific item.

If a return is billed to Elemental Designs' account, that item will be refused, or the return shipping will be deducted from the refund in addition to the original shipping costs.

Elemental Designs equipment is priced in ROCK BOTTOM fashion. Where we give you the absolute best prices possible. Due to this we have to go the extra mile sometimes to cover our own fee's by credit companies and banks. Due to these fee's and our minimal mark up every canceled order (regardless of shipped or not) is subject to a additional 3% fee for fee's taken from the final total amount on the order. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil in order to keep our prices as low as they are.

Any order that has been canceled and paid via money order is subject to a immediate 25% restocking fee regardless if item has shipped or not. We highly recommend ordering online for ease of ordering / canceling / staying updated on current situations. Remainder will be sent via company checking. We recommend using credit card as a payment medium.

Elemental Designs is not responsible for any overdraft fee's of any kind. We highly recommend using credit cards over a standard debit card. Please do not order equipment if there is not sufficient funding in your account. If you are ordering with a debit card please notify Elemental Designs if you are needing to be contacted before your card is charged to avoid any such issues. Elemental Designs is not responsible for any overdraft fee's of any kind result in insufficient funding.

Elemental Designs also retains the right to use whatever shipping service we select over the selected service by customer in the event of a rate change that cart does not account for those rate changes or in the interest of time. If substitution occurs we will promise to ship it equally with another service (I.e.. USPS priority to UPS 3Day Select). In the event a change must be made that is not in correspondence with the consumers request we will credit the difference of the shipping charge back to the buyer.

In the event the order is canceled after the order has been shipped fee's charged to the user for shipping purposes will not be returned. We have to pay ups for shipping the driver, if it's refused they still get paid so we no longer have the money used to pay for shipping. If a woofer or amplifier is canceled while in transit shipping fee's are non refundable. In the event a item is returned the client will be responsible for original shipping fee's. Order total will be refunded minus the cost of original shipping paid by Elemental Designs. Box sales are 100% final. No returns. Cash payments are not eligible for refunds. Only store credit.

In the event equipment is returned to us for a full refund and the equipment does not come back properly packaged in it's original paperwork or in acceptable condition. A restocking fee will be charged to the user, regardless of how long it was used. Restocking fee is 25%. We can not resell used, mishandled, and poorly packaged items. They are no longer new and will need to go through a refurbish process that takes time. If we receive the item and it must be completely rebuilt, a rebuild fee will be issued to the user. Roughly 50% the cost of the driver.

At Elemental Designs we work very hard to deliver a amazing product for the money. When we make a mistake we work our very best to fix it. However because of numerous scams, unsavory experiences, and so on there will be no exceptions to the above stated. In the event a product is purchased and shortly after the purchase the item is placed on sale. Only orders placed within 3 days (36 hours) from the first day of the sale will be illegible for refund to sale pricing, and ONLY on the request of the consumer which must be done with 3 days within the start of the sale. Any orders placed 3 or more days prior to first date of sale are not eligible for a refund. This is only valid for purchase date, not ship date. Fortunately Elemental Designs has sales all the time on specific products. Unfortunately there must be a window of acceptance as like like with computers, products are always evolving and prices always evolving with them.
